           ▪ Network Administrator / Assistant I.T. Administrator: Throughout my career at Trans City Insurance and its subsidiary Title America I had many different responsibilities and duties. These duties included fixing any hardware, software and networking issues for all 50 employees and managers. I showed initiative through solely setting up and managing active directory throughout the entire network. I demonstrated my mastery of software engineering through coding new software for Trans City/ Title America by creating custom reports in many different systems (Access, Excel, Crystal Dynamics-Info View) and coding specialty chat programs. I displayed expert technical and networking knowledge through the management of various SQL databases, management of all network security (backup management, pre-existing or ongoing malware infestations). I demonstrated mastery of network administration through individually setting up or maintaining multiple servers (Windows Server 2000, 20003, 2008, and 2008 R2). Showed expertise of network security through preventative use of malware software (Norton, Advast, Symantec End Point Protection, Kaspersky) as well as knowledge of Process Explorer and Auto-Runs to find malicious software. Headed the creation and maintenance of email exchange server for all employees and managers.  Displayed my passion for growth and desire to be challenged through setting up and  maintaining a CISCO 800 router, setting up and maintaining government VPN access, setting up an SSH/RDP connection tunneled through a 256 bit encrypted VPN for remote access, and supporting Legacy 16 bit software in 64 bit environment.  Demonstrated highly effective communication skills through email, telephone and verbal communication with executives, managers, employees, and third party technical support.

        ▪ Engineering Laboratory Technician: At Open Eye Industries I have performed many functions. These functions include testing several different digital and analogue cameras with multiple internal and external software packages. I am highly experienced in testing analogue/ digital cameras as well as embedded DVRs and PCDVRs for quality assurance in respect to their individual manufacturers. Common manufacturers include Toshiba, Honey Well, Open Eye, and Advertx. I demonstrate advance knowledge of software management through testing/ de-budding client-side and server-side software (management, remote management, remote viewing, web GUI) for functionality. I am experienced with testing these software packages in several operating systems including: Windows, OSX, Android, and OIS. Through my time at Open Eye Industries I expanded my technical knowledge from advanced network security, administration and maintenance to also include de-bugging testing, coding in mobile operating systems, and programming with respect to the complex, specific, and unique camera requirements.
